Bat Sheva A., 48, of Sderot, an art teacher, and a mother of 4 children, was injured by a rocket attack in her front yard. Previously, she and her husband were financially secure. She now suffers from severe PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder) which seriously interferes with her ability to work. On her "bad" days she requires the husband's attention and unpaid time-off from his own job. Their financial situation, therefore, has deteriorated and they cannot make ends meet. Bridges has eased some of the pressure on this family by paying for necessary dental work for Shirel, their teenage daughter.
